SO I am blogging a little out of order with this one, but it was Drew’s 6 month pictures and she was so much fun! She has been such a joy to photograph! I really think Ruston has the cutest babies ever!
I know it took me long enough right? Who knew it would take so long to sit down count out all you entries and write them down, cut them up and draw out of a hat?! And all when my kids were not awake to eat or hide some of your entries too! 🙂
In case you are wondering, Jana had 13 entries including posting a flyer at her work and making a post on her blog, and then was randomly selected out of our drawing (which we tried to video, but I just couldn’t get myself together).

Sometimes having beautiful kids is just too much, I have to stop in the middle of three photo shoots, cleaning, editing and cooking to take their pictures.I huge thanks to my awesome sister in law Katie, who for my birthday ordered me the CorrieBerryPie Head wrap that I tied in a know to make Autumn’s headpiece that I paired with the hair pin flower that Rachel let me barrow after her newborn shoot!
I have been trying to think of some things to shake up the vast number of family sessions I have been doing, and this one was so much fun! Sarah and her family did the traditional outside pictures and some in front of their tree, but also got her son a fun chefs hat and we photographed them doing one of their Christmas traditions together, which is making their family sugar cookie recipe together and decorating cookies! And the best thing is Sarah agreed to share their cookie recipe with us all! This cookie is a bit more than a sugar cookie and was SO good and held the cookie cutter shape a little better. Thanks Sarah!
Can you believe it is Christmas time already?! Ruston is all decorated and I don’t have my tree up yet! Better hurry!
And no I have not forgot about the drawing for a free snow day session! I just have to cut up all the little names and actually do the drawing. I had a funeral today and we have SO much ediitng to do I just don’t want to get behind with that!
